Organization and Governance

BCFAS is governed by Managing Board composed of 5 members. Elections take place on BCFAS Annual General Meeting with the participation of BCFAS’s regular members. The Annual Meeting is an event of high importance for our members.
At 2005 Annual General Meeting which was held on 21 July the second Managing Board was exonerated from responsibility. Then the Members of the new Managing Board were elected:

In addition, monthly working meetings are held to provide members with the possibility to coordinate activities, perform operational tasks and to allow sharing experience and fresh ideas among professionals in the branch. New opportunities revealed by CFAI are also discussed by members and associates.
